Boot Camp

 

This class works the entire body.  Involves calisthenics including jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, etc., and is designed to improve cardio, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility while you blast calories.

 

Boot Camp is held Mondays @ 12:15 - 1:00 PM & also 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
