Pilates, using the Joseph Pilates method, provides a good core body workout for all fitness levels. Core, core, core! This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs. It also incorporates balance, coordination, and flexibility as well as strength. It is a multi-level class. Did we mention it's great for the core? Please bring a yoga mat to class.
