A Ballet inspired class combining classic postures, balance, pilates and flexibility. Light hand weights will be used emphasizing muscular endurance (lots of reps) for a complete workout! Bring a yoga mat to class.
This class works the entire body. Involves calisthenics including jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, etc. and is designed to improve cardio, muscular strength, endurance & flexibility while you blast calories.
A 15-minute intensive “express class” that targets all the Core muscles.
Core conditioning class designed to lengthen & strengthen the abdominals, lower back, hips & thighs. Pilates also incorporates balance, coordination, flexibility as well as strength. Multi-level class. Bring a yoga mat.
A total body muscular endurance class that uses dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, balls, & steps to strengthen and define your muscles.

A motivating, high-intensity cardio class of fun, challenging moves utilizing the step, combined with weight training intervals!
Relaxing, restorative flexibility class incorporating deep stretches, balance and postural poses plus muscular endurance for a complete, flowing class. Yoga mats available or bring your own!
RIDE & REPS SPINNING
Half Spin/Half Strength with TRX/Kettlebells/Free Motion/Bodyweight for a total workout- Serious Cardio and Muscular Strength/Endurance. Class starts in cycle studio (EP VIP) Drop in rate also available for Express, Class, & non-members. Limited to 12 participants, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
Cycle to music for an awesome cardio workout! Includes hills, sprints and jumps plus great toning for lower body muscle groups. Held in Cycle Studio for EP VIP Members. Limited to 12 participants; FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
A more intense & disciplined workout for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Incorporates speed, agility drills, body weight training, strength training, running, and more importantly lots of fun! Class will always be held outside if weather permits (dress accordingly & always bring a water bottle & towel).

“High Intensity Interval Training”. Cardio and strength training “stations” will be utilized to blast calories and keep you moving in a circuit training format-Get the best of both worlds!!
